Welcome it as kin

The visit may be as breif

as a breath

Will may deny the rocky path

Beckon it with hymns

"The world is vast

the ride be too short to pass

and stay ever grim

fumbling on stones set in the past

reticent always to begin

climbing the mountains anew

waiting just for you!

How splendid and light

to romp the trail 

face fresh challenge without a

heaving sack straped at back

and clanging round your waist
